The property was reasonably clean with very friendly staff. The room was brand-new and good sized in general, with comfortable bedding. Our stay was a very comfortable experience.

Everything was good, perfect location close to The Mall department store, a nightly food market, and the mall, very comfortable experience. The room was bright and functional with comfortable bedding, I had a good rest. The stuff was service-oriented and accommodating all the time;))

The hotel's rooms are spacious and comfortable, with ample space to store luggage. the location is great, as it is located next to a very pleasant shopping mall and it offers a high value for money.

There were some negative aspects to our stay. On two separate occasions, the bathrooms had an unpleasant sewage odor.

We appreciated staying in this hotel, it was well-maintained and lovely. Everything was good. the perfect location is really close to hospitals, many restaurants, the Mall shopping centre, and a nightly food market. the experience was comfortable.

The hotel is conveniently located near a big shopping mall where I can easily walk to and enjoy shopping. the staffs are also very nice and speak English fluently. the rooms are spacious and bright, equipped with good mattresses which can ensure my comfortable sleep.

Some parts of the hotel seem to lack attention to detail. There are some complaints about the quality of building construction and maintenance, and the bathroom tiles are sharp and not safe.

The hotel location was the best for my business trip, just a stone's throw from the main mall of the city where I did my work efficiently. the mattress provided was super comfortable and I slept soundly throughout my stay. Two complementary sachets of 3-in-1 coffee were appreciated with every serving at breakfast.

Although the hotel was expected to cater to international guests, there were no English channels on TV and the room had no mirror apart from the one in the bathroom. Access to the hotel by car was tricky as guests needed to drive through the mall and obtain a token.

This made it really convenient for me to explore and shop. Secondly, the staff were great - they were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. It really made me feel welcome. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and had more than enough space for all my luggage. The comfortable bedding ensured that I had a good night's sleep, even on the 6th floor. Plus, having breakfast on-site was a bonus, even if the selection was a bit limited.
